<p>Our research lead us to the insight that it’s not about the house, it’s about the lifestyle.  We translated that into a strategy statement that drove every piece of communication.</p>
<p>We developed a strategy for Del Webb&#8217;s Sun City Texas community that not only communicated the “lifestyle,” but we also created relevant events where prospects could “test drive” the lifestyle beyond just looking at the model homes.<br />
Del Webb’s Sun City Texas mega community has had some of the strongest sales and traffic for events in recent history including one event turning a 680% ROI.</p>
